OEM Aero Kit STILL Avail!

Hi all, i have read some posts recently about the OEM aero kit not being in production anymore and i would just like to clarify that this is FALSE. It is definitely still available and ready to ship to dealers.

I placed an order online over last weekend for the front and rear and was even able to use code eSTORE2015 to save 25%! I believe this code is now good till Jan31, 2016. So if anyone is hesitating on getting any accessories, including the aero kit, u can now get 25% off. So why wait?

I had it shipped to my local dealer so no shipping charge. With discount, the total price for the front and rear was only $688. The dealer called me this morning to tell me they are in. Only took 4 days! Now just have to decide to do install myself or have them or body shop do it. I was going to have my stock side sills painted to match but now might just order the aero sills/under door molding being the 25% code is still valid.

Can anyone tell me if they had dealer or body shop install, how much they paid for install? Or better yet, if anyone had their stock lower trim painted, how much it was and how did it come out? Thanks

Yeah the 25% deal going on now is awesome but to some of you still looking, it seems on the website, check a few dealers (if u live near a few of them) because each dealership has their own prices. I could of even got both pieces for just over $600 total after discount, including tax, if i wanted to drive a little to pick up. Considering my local dealer is literally 5 minutes from me, i opted to just get it local for convenience. But just saying if u can travel a bit or need it shipped to you directly, then search different dealers for the best price.

That's awesome looks like some of these dealers don't know what they are talking about. Many of them have told me they are discontinued lol. That's a killer discount though. The aero kit is a must.

My Dealer in Guelph, Ontario has no about the aero kit. Every time they see mine they ask where I got it.

As far as some dealers having no clue about this, its true. I just heard back from my service adviser who seemed to have a "faint" memory of someone getting a kit a long time ago. He says he does remember it being a very extensive process. When I told him about the instructions and also of iS members DIYs stating its just some drilled holes, bolts and tape, he says oh yeah, but we would just send that out to a local body shop.

OK, so basically I will just pick it up and bring it to a shop so I can have the stock sills painted to match. Based on how that comes out will decide if I get the aero sides. Plenty of time before coupon code expires. Hehe

If any members recommend a shop in Queens or LI, NY for install and paint I would appreciate it. Have a few good ones local here on North Shore but if someone knows a shop that already had work done on their FX i would rather use them. Thanks

^ why do you need to paint yours? The kit comes already painted unless you have the Iridium blue like me which they don't offer.

I only ordered the front and rear so far. I was going to have some chrome painted so figured since the car will already be there, I would paint the stock sills to match rest of body, and hopefully look good enough with the front and rear aero lips. If not, then i would just order the aero sides.

I see a couple members have done just that exactly and it looks pretty good.

Missed it by that much.... Ordered mine last week and just finished the install today. Wish I would have know about this sooner, I paid 450.00 fr the front lip shipped.

just curious, how did you find out about the online coupon code?

A few weeks ago, I was at the dealer getting new throttle bodies which seemed to fail with less than 60K (but that is another story for another time) and while sitting in the advisors office I noticed a flat screen on the wall that usually justs scrolls some BS about the dealership, service dept, prices of services offered, etc. But then a screen came up advertising Infiniti OEM accessories and mentioned the limited time offer on the website good till 10/31/15. The advisor didnt even seem to know about it.

When logging back into the site the other day to check on status of order, the homepage of the InfinitiUSA website showed the same offer now good till 1/31/16.

I just honestly assumed this was a known thing but if many didnt know about it, I am happy to spread the good news!

I got told that Guelph Infiniti was really bad dealer :/

On the other hand, where can we order it in East Canada? (QC, ON)

thanks!

I ordered my rear Aero parts from here and picked them up there, http://suburbaninfinitioftroyparts....tmctr=(not provided)&__utmv=-&__utmk=51249647.

Guelph Infiniti is one of the best Dealers around. I highly recommend them. That is the only place I would go for service or warranty work.

Suburban Infiniti of Troy has the best prices on parts and accessories that I've found from an actual dealer online. I order everything through them. My local dealer is trash.

I just hope it's available for 2012+

just so you know, but you already may have figured out, you have to search accessories using 2009-2011 FX as the search vehicle. Otherwise if you put in 12+ the aero kit will not show up
