Good news, we received some knobs ahead of schedule! If you PayPalled me on or before 9-17-2013, we've shipped your knobs already and you should be getting them by this weekend!

I'm currently looking into how the 1st gen knobs can be made. With the help of many members I've collected alot of data already, but the 03-05 and 06-08 knobs are different, and there seems to be a difference between 06 and 07/08 as well, so we're still trying to figure out if it's doable.

Excuse my ignorance, but 2 of the knobs are longer/smaller. Which goes with what controls?

The shorter knobs go on the top for the radio controls, the longer knobs go to the bottom for the A/C controls. If you pull the factory knobs out, you'll see that that is how they have it setup, and we want to follow the OEM look.
