Debadging the FX? Clean or tacky??

What do you guys think about a debadged fx? Is it a cleaner look or tacky? Of course I think if its to be done it should be after some visual mods not just a stock fx

Cleaner.....but I've never been a big fan of brands and model numbers.

I debadged mine out of boredom. It makes waxing the trunk a tad easier though :smile (2):

It really depends on the situation. I prefer people to know what model I'm driving. Although it does give the car a cleaner look. I would keep the Infiniti emblem but remove the FX35 part if I were to do it.

I took mine off along with the rear wiper. I like the symmetry on the rear.

On my old car I debadged and removed the rear wiper...never got around to it on the 50. Maybe it's something deep inside that doesn't want me to get rid of the "50" since all you usually see around are 35's

I have never seen any vehicle that looked better with the badges installed. If there weren't a huge platform on the hatch lid under the Mt Fuji logo my FX would be completely badge free.

Try taking the FX35 off if u don't like it then put it back on. I think it looks better without it, i would leave them on if i have the 50
