Remote starter for fx's

Didn't Hollywood have one that started with his iPhone?
 
Fire0nic, I think Viper is the only one that does, it is the 5901 viper alarm system
 
DEI is the parent company for Viper so it is the exact same module. You can get either just the remote start or one with an alarm.
 
Audiovox has one for iPhone, android or blackberry. It's called carlink. Less features but only $29.99/year. Smart start is more, I think double. Reason why I chose carlink.
 
Btw you should see the wiring diagrams on a tech package. That is why you need a good tech to install or else they will screw up your oem modules and wires. It's not plug and play there is soldering.

Non-tech should be easy for an installer.

What Viper model alarm did you have installed,and also which bypass?I am in the process of doing it myself,I don't let a lot of people touch my vehicles.
 
How long will the install take Aaron? One day and picking it up Wed night?

I'm picking mine up Monday night from the compressor switch and a few other checks.

Not too sure but he is going to get me into a loaner so it might take a while. I'll have a better piece of mind knowing it's covered through the dealer though.
