=ZebraFX= :: 2004 FX35 AWD

Work in Progress!
Just finished the installation of my new rear view camera.
Got it on Amazon for $34 after doing some research.

This one was the cheapest and smallest(1"-1"-1") I found for that money. The overall performance is great in daylight and night. Pretty happy with this purchase, was thinking of buying a Pioneer one for $150...glad I bought this one instead.

I chose the easiest way to route the wires.
Routed the cable through license plate light housing(didn't want to drill any holes in the lift gate).

Spliced the wires up to route through the small hole.

Nice work again! You are very meticulous with the CF wrap. Living in the Midwest, aren't you concerned about the winter and salt compromising the durability and finish of the CF? Hopefully you don't have to re-wrap it in the spring. I know it has about a 3-4 year outdoor lifespan, but winter is killer.

For now everything is holding up pretty well(after 2 snow storms). We'll see how it goes. Will update after 1st winter.

how did you setup the indash in ya car both after market and stock on the bottom wanna do samething but not sure how?

Just some final touch ups left:smug:. Will be done tomorrow, I hope ---------- Post added at 02:34 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:31 PM ---------- Finally recorded the clip(with crappy iPhone camera) showing Extremedesignz LED Angel Eyes and Puddle Lights come on when unlocking the car and go out when locking. Thanks to Turbocad for helping me with the wiring.

Now that's pretty neat, how do you like those puddle lights? I'm thinking about getting those for my fx.

Puddle Lights are great, pretty bright, getting lots of attention. I like them a lot especially with remote feature.
Got them for $39.99 shipped:
