A very Bad Day!

I was in the garage working on fixing some things around here and there and then decided to wash the car. As I approached the FX from afar i noticed a big puddle of oil under the car so I thought to myself might have been the other car, but then i as i got closer i noticed it was dripping oil. So I decided to go under the car to check it out and here is what i came out with.

While doing this i put my hand through the opening under the car and my hand was dipped in OIL!.. As soon as i got out under the car i contacted the dealer and they told me that they would fix it all for free since i have had everything done at the dealer i had no fault.

I just cant believe that i did not notice this when i was at the dealer. I usually go thoroughly to check and see if everything is right before i drive out since I have had a couple of bad experiences.

Oh and yes the belt is falling a part and they told me that as well will be replaced under warranty.

I was at the dealer couple of days ago. Had to go in and get my cats rechecked and had some services done. And yesterday i kept hearing noises weird click noises and today this is what i found.

the ripped parts of the belt were spinning and hitting making noises and then they just came off so i just took them all out.

Which wire are you referring to?

the guy servicing my FX was new to this dealer unfortunately i was the one he had to service.

How low was the oil on your dipstick and when did you check it last?

just little below the top second line.

The engine is probably done for. I'd have them take it back and do a whole bunch of compression tests on the engine. Since they screwed up they should give you a lifetime warranty on the engine. If they give you any hassles call up Infiniti NA.

On the G37 forumss, some guy took his in for an oil change and the drain plug fell out while he was driving. They didn't even tighten it up properly

man... im turning into john(turbocad) with my FX... i pretty much do everything myself.. if something was wrong i have no one to blame but my self.. plus no one will care for my FX as much as i do....
there is a [DEALER REVIEW] prefix.
we need to take this seriously summit a review from this dealership
