In the mids of returning the 35 to stock! Will start the interior swap this week!

Such a long day from the Chicago meet to the install meet. I was so out of it, I went and took a nap on his lawn under the tree. :sleepy:

Ian, it's not as high as yours, I think it's actually, higher. So you're not the highest FX in Chicago anymore.

So After our Annual Chicago Meet, Chris and Fam, and Andrew drove back to my place for a little install meet.

Chris needed new rear brake pads. Andrew is replacing the temp sender of his e-fan mod.

Afterward, we all went to MaPo for some authentic Schezwan dishes.

Hahah, check out Andy's ride on stock springs and stock rotors. When is the epic part out? 3 piece forged wheels, bbk, there will be craziness!

Had the pleasure meeting the Kings (Sr & Jr) yesterday. Alex (King32) decided swap into my blackout with AE headlights into his 04 DG FX35. BTW, Alex's dad loves driving Alex FX so much that he went out and bought himself an 04 with the Tech Package.

We did the install at my place. I planed for two hours for the install, but run into some rusty (I mean really rusty fender bolts and nuts). Ended up spent about 4+ on the install. I wired it up such that the AE turns on when the car is running. I also throw in a toggle switch which allows the AE to be turn on/off as he likes. Here a some pictures from our meet.

And thanks Andrew (AeroBFA) for helping out. I believe he can take of the front bumper with his eyes closed too. :smile (2):

Nothing like have a car full of spare parts :smile (2): One of the metal bracket that holds the fender and the front bumper together had a broken bolt in it. I ran out the my 35 and just snatch it from it and install it onto Alex's to get him going. I'll deal with the broken bolt in the bracket at a later time :smile (2):

Brembo's, forged 20's, dual exhaust -- who knew this stuff even existed for minivans. Now to find the parts for Andy to put on so I can join another mini-meet.

(BTW if people are wondering, my VW is a Dodge in sheep's clothing - same car essentially).

There will be at least three of us there. I saw plasti-dipped rims two weeks ago on another members FX, looked pretty nice. Zebra, you need to come out Sunday!!!!
