IMO, the FX50S... but the Cayenne GTS would give the 50S a run for it's money... Don't even bother comparing with the Cayenne Turbo or Turbo S... They'll run circles around the FX

You can google the specs for both.

Th real question: When will Infiniti upgrade the FX cabin to something akin or comparable to the 2011 Cayenne, which is EPIC! Absolutely, the finest cabin I have seen in a car.

or another good question is... "When is Infiniti/Nissan take everything under the hood of a GT-R and drop it into a FX??"

The Cayenne lacks a lot of the technology that the FX offers and more. Power wise, I'd go with the Cayenne. But comfort, technology, features, and more standard equipment the FX50s wins.

I like the new design of the cayenne, but the back end of the new Cayenne reminds me too much of the Nissan Rogue. I can't begin to tell you how many times I though they were Rogue's until I saw it up close.

Plus the FX50s turns head's, while everyone and their mother has a Cayenne. I also don't really care for those pussy bars on the interior. Kind of ruins the look for me.

The porch cayennes can go up to $150,000.

I would get a new FX50 S for half the cost, mod it, supercharge it and and still be under 100k and then you'll smoke any cayenne interior AND out

I would go with the FX no matter what engine has! The new Cayenne IMO is ugly and has no personality. Plus nowadays you can mod any car at a good shop, so its just a matter of personal prefference and appeal.

Coming from someone who drives both interiors on a regular basis (my dad has the panamera), the new Porsche interior is far and beyond nicer than the FX's. That being said, our seats are way more comfortable lol. As to which I would drive? I love the drive of the new Cayenne, but I would probably take the 50S and put the 25,000$ in my pocket

Deep inside, we all want that Porsche! I know I do. The interior look way more better than the FX. I see more FX on the road than the Cayenne. I'm sure the performace is better as well with the Porsche. I think it has more tech than the FX too. It has the off-road and suspension settings.

What is nicer in the interior more than the FX50 S lets say? Do you have pics to what you are referring to? Just curious

My deep inside stays true to the FX!

FX drives itself with the DCA controlling the accelerator pedal and brake pedal with a motor, and the Cayenne doesn't. The FX also has the aroundview monitor which has 4 camera's, which again the Cayenne doesn't even offer or have. The Cayenne still uses backup camera:tdown:. FX also has Lane departure prevention and intelligent brake assist, which the Cayenne doesn't. Tech wise the FX wins in comparison. The Cayenne may have a few suspension settings over the FX, but the FX also has it's own adaptive suspension with continuous dampening control.

Actually some of the tech things the FX has, no manufacturer even offers or makes it. FX is ahead of it's time in terms of tech.

Alot of the features standard and optional on the FX cost damn near a fortune on the Cayenne. Alot of stand alone options on it cost near $1K a piece.

Dude, the Cayenne has air ride suspension, and it's fully adjustable from the cabin. Not just "softer/firmer" adjustable, but also height adjustable. Not exactly an extra suspension setting...

Also, the Cayenne has a fish-eye lens backup camera with audible proximity warnings and a visual representation of how far an obstacle is behind you, which provides 90% the view of the FX's with 25% the cameras. I'd argue that the Porsche system is better because of the graphical representation and more efficient use of a single camera.

Finally, every manufacturer offers technology that no other company makes or offers. It's called patenting, and it's the source of all the silly acronyms (LDA, DCM, VDC, etc...) Porsche has lots of proprietary technology too, that Infiniti doesn't make or offer. PTM, Auto Start Stop, PTV, PASM, PDLS, LCA (<-That one stands for Lane Change Assist, similar to Infiniti's LDA system...) and PDCC to name a few.

It does cost more, I'll give you that.

Deep inside I would still choose the FX. Regardless of what the Cayenne does and does not do... it looks like a$s. Sorry Porshe fans just MHO.
