HKS Legamax Exhaust System for 03-06 - Anyone has this?

There's plenty of thread just on this topic and plenty of users who has it. There's even an installation thread. Just do a search on legamax or hks, you'll see them
 
I did see some of those posting but this one is for a Infiniti FX45 so curious if there is any FX45 that might have it.

From your comment it a direct bolt on no, extension or additional part to buy.

Just take out old and put new, since the muffler is similiar to the FX 35 right?

I am about 90% sure I will buy it, the 10% left is if it is a hard install or not

Yes, you can install the rear section without the mid pipe. FX35 FX45... all the same.

I wanted to do the Nismo one but it was going to be a little more costly and needs modding to fit.
 
just the muffler, I have a baby so do not want it too loud.

The nismo one i actually heard it and it loud hahah

If i want to upgrade later with a y-pipe it still doable
 
Woohoo got my exhaust and even install.

So far it a quieter then the OEM hahah, which I like.

Will post some video, picture and sound clips a little later.

I love the ENORMOUS tips :ehh:
 
Alright got my HKS Legamax and I love it !! Drove it for about 25 miles total so far

1) Definitely quieter then the OEM Muffler, but get louder on higher RPM
2) Feel a lot more sportier when driving - has a little high pitch sound
3) Defensibility a lot lighter then the old one the box was only 38lbs so the exhaust is max 35lbs.
4) The installer on took 30 min to install it since it was a direct bolt on ($56.02) :biggrin:
5) The tips does stick out about 1 inch out but it looks a lot better then the OEM one
