yea only problem= they are 45 min away and i whave work all week from 8-5 and no time to go to them untill sunday :(

thats exactly what i thought it was. would they really need to cut it to do what they did? can i just cut it off so it isnt ahanging, then ask them to replace it?

p.s. they inside of my new wheels are SO DAMN CLEAN!!!

it prolly ripped from somewhere when they were switching the springs... hold the wire up inside the well and im sure youll find the other half of it still attached somewhere

you wouldnt even need to cut it... just remove that bolt and slide it off... prolly a 14mm bolt? but then again... with all that rust you might need a case of wd40 and a gorilla

okay, that's a relief. atleast its nothing too bad.....

houdl i get it replaced anyways? or is it no biggie?

p.s. yeah my underbelly is rusty as hell....stupid winter

The wire is ground for you Exxhaust. Yet I don't understand how they would cut that by mistake... It's no where near the springs in the rear for it to cut accidently..

Some one must of been fooling arround and cut it...

Be happy you know what it is. At least it's not this:

Dont ask
My car's a girl . . . . She took it back in & stopped showing me the nitty gritty way back after I scolded her for it.

hmmm?
could it be a ground wire:wink:

Nah, I think that's the cable that connects to the muffler bearing. It should throw a code that you have a malfunctioning muffler bearing and you need to get a "round tuit" for fixing the damaged muffler bearing cable.

yeah, that may be funny, but today, I worked on a honda odessey, rear motor mount broken, but the strange thing? there are wires coming out of the motor mount?!?! turns out it's a $427 motor mount, it is controlled by the computer, something called i-vtec or something... just reminds me of this:tongue:

Motor MOUNT that's electronically controlled? What the heck does it do when it 'actuates' ???

Is it touch-sensitive like the iPhone?
