2008 Infiniti FX35 3months old Imported from USA
Infiniti Of kirkland
We drove down there to pick it up
It wasnt raining But somewhat i dont think it
came from when we were importing it up to canada
Anyways
WHY THE CHICKEN IS THIS PART RUSTED AND LOOKS LIKE IT WANTS
TO FALL OFF!
I AM DISAPPOINTED IN INFINITI !
and also you know the part on your hood like the thing on top of the engine
stuck on the hood i was powerwashing and i ended up ripping the whole cover
off lol.... Crap quality Just watchout for that alright buddies!

hmmmm, i think depending on where you live a lot of things under the carriage will rust. But on most cars, it wont have an effect on performance for some time. The ends of my exhast tips are begining to rust a bit from the 'dribbles' coming from the pipes and pooling up before dripping. Anyone else seen this one?
 
Looks harmless enough and it could have been sitting at the port for a while and probably a combination of bad weather and sea water that caused the rust. Some rust restorer and it should look good as new.

That is not a Small spot That is a BIG spot beside the drivetrain
WD40 wont do nuthing to it i dont think

WD-40 shouldnt get rid of rust..rust is rust. it shouldn't be a problem our cars were designed to handle it.

Living in Canada dealing with cold weather and snow, not to mention salt and sand (in some places) to deal with the cold weather its no surprise many cars accumulate rust. its just something you will have to live with.
 
Yeah Thankyou guys Ill go to Canadian Tire and get some WD40
And any other things i should buy for my car at 3months?
Anyways im ashamed Its rusted that much at 3months

that's normal. if you want to remove the rust & give it a finish you could eliminate that, but every fx & evey nissan infiniti has rust as the finish of these parts.

all cars have rust to a certain extent. raw parts anyway & hardware at least.

if you have a rust and corrosion WD-40 wont just magically make everything better. WD-40 can be used as an anti-corrosion solution. It wont get rid of rust...but it can help prevent rust...so you can use it to prevent any further corrosion.

Richmond Auto mall (If you know what it is)
Theres an infiniti Dealer there
So i might get it replaced?
I think thats part of the drivetrain right?
