You put it on yourself. Andrews tints are very good quality, & last a long time. They're pretty thick too

I still have the rear reflector overlays, and the ones on the sport tails were stolen by the dealership. They took my tails, headlights AND all my bulbs. They stole my LED DRL's and my stealth silver turn signal bulbs. I'm surprised they didn't take my dang fogs too
I would get them again, but now that I don't have it, I can do without. Besides, it's like $30 just to throw some tint on an area
