Mysterious String

I have this odd string coming out of my window slot It seems to be attached to something in there. Has some elasticity, like a pony-tail string. It's also a bit oily. Before I take the door apart, or cut, any of you guys seen into this sort of thing, maybe when upgrading in there?

Could it be a tampon stuck in there when it was being built on the line. I've heard of beer cans from the American plants, but who knows what they do for pranks in Japan :err:

Dunno . . Saw it hanging, & then stated to pull on it. Seems attached to something in there. So I stopped yanking on it & took some pics for you guys.

No, they roll fine . . kids sit in the back.

That was one of the things that I was wondering.. My 3 year old is always trying to put pennies down there........ When my FX was at the Body Shop they found about 15 cents worth of pennies in the front bumper...

I have the same string, but it's out an inch or two at the bottom where the interior door panel meets the door. weird.

i remember once i was watching unique whips (unique autosports) and they were working on a cayene turbo and they found a workmans hammer under the hood lol

Man......

This is one way to clear the room buddy...

I asked arround. Body shop guy tells me that the electrical wires that are waterproofed with electrical tape are then wrapped with this string for additional support...

This string might of came off due to the heat..?

Thats the best answer I can come up with...

It's still plausable but I just don't remember there being any string in there. Having dynamtted my doors I was pretty up close and personal with everything back there and I really don't remember there being a sting I had to move out of the way.
