OK guys, most of u know that im looking to buy FX, so i wanna know what package i have to look for, so i can get grey color rear lights? i noticed most of 05 Fx's got them...thanks!

Is it a big difference between sport and tech package, t.i. what do u get in sport and what in tech?

or buy whichever FX is best for you, then just buy the tailights on ebay or from someone here is they're selling. :)
 
it's called the sport package which includes, clear tails, aluminum roof rails, 20-inch arims, sport pedals, and a sport-tuned suspension. if ur just looking for the clear lights like i am, you can just order them online for around $95 each. also you can order the aluminum roof rails to match the lights. and as for the tech package which i have, it includes bluetooth on the steering wheel and some other stuff i dont even use.

yeah, but u got 08, and im looking probably 06, maaaaybe 07, coz its over my price range! 06 probably dont have bluetooth, i guess!
 
Personally, I would get Tech package....then just buy the clear rears. Then when the time is right, buy 20-22" wheels that are nicer than the stock ones.

Silver rails vs Black Rails (looks nice on most colors)
20" vs 18"
sport suspension vs touring
pedals are nicer in sport.

If you are planning to lower, and get custom wheels, dont waste the money on the sport. Get the Tech Pack., it's something that CANNOT be added to your vehicle later. Where as the sport package is completly replaceable with a few mods.
 
05 fx35 did not come with clear tails
Standard, they only come with the sports package
 
just so you know '06-'08 are basically the same. i think in '08 ipod adapter was added, thats really the only difference.
 
maybe i have the late '07 which had some features of the '08 such as ipod wired in. i never checked for that though, and dont really care. i guess i could look at my VIN and see.
 
I specifically wanted a NON-sport FX because I knew I wanted to go aftermarket for the suspension and I really wanted the OEM 18" gunmetal wheels. I'm not a fan of the OEM 20s at all. One thing I would have liked from the sport pkg was the clear tails though, but I can just buy them aftermarket I guess.
