I think you can create an action set & batch process it in PS. But if you plan to manipulate your images at all, you need to do that before the watermarking.
Need more help? PM me & we can do this by phone.

I think what were talking about here is multiple WM'ing with an action set. Couple issues though. Everyone manipulates their images a little bit, right?, & a WM should not just be dropped on arbitrarily. Why not drop the WM on then, . . at the editing stage.
Now batch processing for re-sizing is very doable, but there comes the issue of everyone taking their shots at diff. sizes, & action sets can be written for eg. reduce 25, 50 percent etc., so . . . creation of a 'general use' action & writeup seems pretty senseless. I think a one on one type help will be more useful, & I'll find time for those that want.
Watermarking & resizing, is just basic PS skills of drag & drop, & use of the image size window. I know PS, but I cant really help anyone with some of those other bundled photo editors

Well for those that have PS and think most do can still benefit from experts on how to do multiple WM and resizing. Can't this be done after photos are edited?

Sure, resizing makes sense, but I stand that WM should be done at the editing stage for reasons above.
Do you need a writeup on resizing?

:pno. But I still have to get you to show me how to remove the shaded outer box around the WM once I changed it over to a jpg.
