This is the thread for comparing different ride heights and brands of springs.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

    FORMAT:

    Spring Brand:
    Part Number:
    Installed Since:

    Date Measured:
    Measurements:

    • Driver:
    • Pass:
    Rear

    • Driver:
    • Pass:

    • Fuel Level:
Items added or removed from the car that could affect measurements: (added.. other than stock items. i.e. Subs, Speakers, etc.) (removed.. i.e. spare, jacks, etc.)

    OPTIONAL: Add your alignment numbers

    Alignment Numbers:

    Front camber: X.X (L), X.X (R)
    Rear camber: X.X (L), X.X (R)

    Front toe: X.XX (L), X.XX (R)
    Rear toe: X.XX (L), X.XX (R)

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
    HOW TO MEASURE:

Please measure your drop from the center of your rim to the bottom of the fender.
Try to measure on a flat level surface.

    RideHeight.jpg

    FAQ's:

What if people have different size wheels/tires combo compared to OEM specs? wouldn't that throw off the data?
-No, because the center of the hub to the fender would stay the same.

I measeure mine from the ground to the fender. I had a hard time finding the "center of the rim" and IMO much more accurate if measure from the ground.

measurement from the center of rim is the true drop number. tire sidewalls will vary in diff sizes

    Hi
Is there any rubbing with your wheel/tire and spring combo during extreme cornering? Also were they able to get optimum alignment all around with this combo?
    Thanx
