Anybody have these or know where I can look? I'm planning on refinishing the rails and want to take them off.

Perfect - thanks. Looks like I might be driving around for a couple of days with the rail bolts sticking out of the roof. S'all good. I'm excited to refinish them.
Not sure how to remove the end caps - the instructions only show the parts, not what to do to remove them. I don't want to break off the plastic tabs that hold it in place - is there a trick to removing these?

you gotta kinda stretch them open & they pop up & off, a little tricky & not impossible to break a tab or 2 your first time especially... just avoid any marks on the edges & you'll be fine, worse case they do stil hold well if one tab happens to break, & if you have to, a dab of silicone at the tab on reinstall makes everything good again. remember, cold plastic tends to crack much easier so try not to do it when too cold...
Good thing I live in Texas and it's 85 right now. I don't think ambient temp will be an issue.
Is it best to do it by hand or to pry it off with a screwdriver (protecting paint, of course)? I messed around with it a bit last night, but didn't want to force anything.
