Not really. Mileage will be more dependent on your driving style.
It will not void warranty unless it can be proven that the damage was directly caused by the aftermarket intake.

the intakes usually claim like 15 or something, so you probably get around 5

I would say that HP gains will be nominal at best. However, at wide open throttle, the intake will make the 35 sound A LOT better.
