HD Radio, aftermarket unit using OEM controls

I want to add HD radio. I don't have satellite radio and would like to use that input.
Can I do that?

I don't think you will find a way to control this through the factory radio, but you can feed it into the factory radio at least. the visteon hd zoom is a decent cosmetic mach to our dash illumnation at least. I picked up one of these but haven't gotten around to actually installing it yet, but I will be controlling mine through the pc.
