and after a short drive from indiana shes clay barred,,cleaner,,polished,,waxed
    took off FX 45 letters
    no rear wiper
next up wed morning all 5% tint
    pulling off the pin striping
    painting the rear bumper reflectors
i have some 8000K bulbs from my 01 m3 ,and some different fog light bulbs from the same car(its funny how they use the same bulb type)
painting the grill black, while leaving the infiniti emblem chrome
    pulling the roof rails off
    22" rims (black with chrome lips)with 285 35 22 tires
painting lower molding will also be on the list to do
just pretty much close to stock for now

looking good, if you want I can send you a little plug for your rear wiper hole.. All you would have to do though is paint it black. Pretty simple..... primer, black, clear, wetsand, rubbing compound, wax. To hold the plug on you apply some silicone and bend the little tabs back behind the glass. Here is a pic.

i used a elevator bolt,,with a 1 1/2 washer with a nut from the inside of the car to pull it tight against the rubber washer that was on the window already
it seals it well, and the car wont see a drop of rain unless i take it on vacation somewhere

    heres the grill painted now

    i painted the grill myself

some paint and clearcoat from autozone,,and my basement,,lol
    should last a good time

the plate will have to be put on,.,but im making a lil bracket where it will mount from under the bumper so it sits in betweem the small grill

i dont need to be pulled over by the cops too much here,,im already gonna have illegal tint,,and dont want a no front plate ticket also,,lol
it wont look as good,,but look better then the factory location

there is my post from the org,,
if u scroll down u will see i listed some links to the past cars i have had
all done up pretty nice,,and the fx will be in the same boat
the fx45 is my 28th car,,i have had some nice cars,,and i always have a beater around to take the bad weather,,and some cars i buy and sell within a month or 2 ,,just basicly as a buy for cheap sell for more,,with me just doing some small maint needed,,or some cleanin up,,or hell,,not doing anything ,,but catchin the right seller at the right time who needs to sell,or doesnt know the market on cars

i research things alot even before i get the next car

this will be my 2nd suv,,and the other was just a quick jeep cherokee flip and sell deal,,within 5 months
the fx i will prob keep for about a year

i know i wont like the wheel gap,,and will prob drop it like u say,,lol
with an alignment after a drop,,are most comming up within spec??
didnt know if i needed a camber kit ready to go with the drop?
  19. Hehe I bought roof-rails from this new member, awsome guy!
You gotta drop your ride, get H&R springs instead of Eibachs, Ride quality is so good with H&R's you won't even realize you have aftermarket springs on. You can order one from Justin @ WestCovinaNissan. http://www.thenismoshop.com very nice dude, willing to help his customers.
