Does anyone know what the differences are between the two stock exhaust setups if any? I'm sure there are at least a couple of differences.

i forgot to ask today but right when i was leaving i was looking at one of the FXs in the shop and remembered so i asked one of the techs and he says..."i have no idea, i dont even like Nissans, i just work here" lol so he wasnt much help. Another one said that he wasnt sure about the piping size but the Cats are larger for the FX45. there were 2 FX45 hoisted up so i checked underneath and noticed something. im not sure on the exact years but the 06-08 FX45 has bigger cats than the 03-05. ill make sure to ask in the morning tomorrow and get a solid answer.
