no sorry there isn't any way for me to test fit it to a car. That's why it would be up to someone to buy it, try it, and we can go from there

Yeah I was thinking the same.. I have to go home anyways..
I just got a email back from this guys.. He told me they called gtspec and that the mid chassis ladder brace won't fit on our FX..

If Adam get this brace and I'm in NY I'm willing to pass by and do a test fit on my FX..

I really like the way this brace look on our FX and I'll bet it will enhance the performance of It when combine with the rest of the other braces.. If I get a chance to do the test fit and I see that it doesn't work. I will try to contact GTSpec and see how many buyers they need for them to make a order for us..

I'll keep you guys posted..

well guys i think we are on to something...

as i said in my preview messages, i'll contacted GTSpec and send them a email about the Mid Chassis ladder brace.. this is what i got.. so now we have more hope than before!!

We are willing to try out the mid chassis (1131) on the FX and see what type
of modifications needs to happen for this to work. We are willing to work
with the FX community on this potential project. However we are out of
stock on this brace at the moment so it would have to wait until mid august
before we can start this project. We won't know the volume we need to
proceed with the project until the first test fit.

Please contact me again around mid august to inquire about this brace for
the FX.

if this is going to happen then I'm down. I think the brace as built, even if it did line up with holes to the body, would be a problem as-is for awd cause the y pipe extends further back than where they do on the z for transfer case room, if they can work around that... also, I'm less than an hour from them if a test fit was necissary & no one else was available...
