Electronics Stereo/Heater Not working

Hey guys. I was following this thread to replace bose subwoofer with aftermarket amp and subs. Since I only have 3 posts I cant paste the link here Basically its cutting into the sub harness and wiring a line output converter in its place to be able to hook up a new amp.
To make a long story short my stereo and heater no longer turn on. The whole middle console is unresponsive but still lights up. I'm pretty sure I just blew a fuse but dont know where the fuse is located that might be blown. I checked the kick plate fuses on the drivers side and all looked good. Any help??

There are two other fuse box's under the hood in the battery compartment and also behind it.

When I was reinstalling my interior after installing sound suppressing material in the trunk area, I inadvertently drove one of the mounting bolts through that sub harness and exactly the same thing happened to me. I had to remove the interior again and repair the harness. After that, everything was fine. I'm guessing you either clipped the wrong wire or the new amp has to be completely installed in order to complete the circuit.

Thanks. It was the 15amp fuse in front of the battery. Easy solve.. More troubling issues the farther into the amp install I get. Splicing into the bose sub harness was no big deal. I have the amp wired up correctly with power from the battery, a short ground to the frame and the remote tapped into the bose harness pink wire. Where my issue comes into play is installing an output converter into the mix so my amp gets the correct signal. Im using a stinger slocii converter. It has 2 sets of +/- (1 left, 1 right) and a ground. I hooked the black and white wires from the bose harness into the converter and then the rca's up with no response. I know the white is + and the black is -. When I hook the ground up on the converter my amp goes into protection mode. I dont know why the amp doesnt like the ground or something with the wire config.. when I hook a speaker up to the blk/wht it is producing sound. I dont know where Im going wrong here but i am more than frustrated at this situation... I really dont want to take it to the stereo shop and dish out cash if its an easy fix

Its an audiobahn A2801q. Its like 5 years old now. Its a 2 channel 200wx2 aamp. It was working just fine when I pulled it out of my old car 3 weeks ago.. I ordered a different output converter from crutchfield. It claims to work with high end factory stereos such as infinity/jbl/bose. I talked with a cust service rep and he felt confident it would solve my problem. if not Ive got 30 days to return it. The converter is a Scosche SLC4. I was previously attempting to use a stinger sloccii with no luck.
